On thur nov 3rd I went back I'm 229 my ac1 is 5.8 that's right 5.8 my avg blood level is 93.7 and my doctor is think of pulling me off all meds ... Now the best part is the 51 # came of with diet only no no no exercise I just cut down portions and did my eating in moderation
