I am assuming that you are in the UK. Here are the Blood Sugar Levels that we should all try to maintain.

Normal Blood Sugar Levels are:
Fasting: 70 mg/dl (3.89 mmol/l) to 99 mg/dl (5.50 mmol/l)
2 hours after meal: <140 mg/dl (<7.78 mmol/l)

During the Day "Recommended Normal Range":
100 mg/dl (5.56 mmol/l) to 120 mg/dl (6.67 mmol/l)

Therefore in your "example":

"Before lunch bg is 7.5" (Strive for 5.56 mmol/l to 6.67 mmol/l)
"2 hour after lunch bg is 10.8" (Strive for <7.78 mmol/l)
"4 hour after lunch bg is 7.5" (Strive for 5.56 mmol/l to 6.67 mmol/l)
"6 hour after lunch (just before dinner) bg is 5.7" (Strive for 5.56 mmol/l to 6.67 mmol/l). The value for this test is in range, for the most part.

Do you have an exercise routine? Have you read the first three threads in the Type 2 Section? Use of a sensible / nutritional diet and exercise is the best way to beat those numbers down. Good luck, you can do it!
