There is some light at the end of the tunnel. Your eye sight should get better when you get your average blood sugar down to a more normal level. The safest place to be is with an average blood sugar of 140 mg/dL or less. Diabetes can be managed with a healthy nutritional diet and exercise. In short, lay off the junk food and get to walking.
