Welcome to the Forum!
I am sorry that you are having trouble. The first question I have to ask is: Are you doing everything that you can to control your diabetes?
I went through basically the same thing with my son, at your age. The Endo described it as puberty with diabetes. Meaning that the body is already messed up with hormones, during this time, and it only complicates the diabetes. We got through this and his control got better with age. Yours will get better as well. One thing that you can do is educate yourself. Read through the first three (3) threads in the Type 2 Section. The information pretty much applies to all people with diabetes.
Please give us some more information:
Have you seen an Endocrinologist and a Nutritionist?
What delivery method do you use for insulin? (Pump or MDI)
Are you counting carbs to calculate your bolus injection?
Are you active or sedentary?
One thing that I can tell you for sure is to test often, especially during this time in your life, and to concentrate on doing all that you can do to control your diabetes.
