Oh yes I forgot a good protein quick bar is the cliff bar that will stick with me, I eat at 6:00am and my break is at 9:00 .so if that helps , I like bagels and locks and peanut butter (cruchy only) smooth PB gags me :P , I have had to swap around to get a little change. I use to go with the same thing all the time like instant oatmeal or Cheerios (honey nut) couse I knew this was the thing that didn't spike my sugar but I found I can balance alittle veriety now and then.
