Once you become familiar with carbs in things that grow, it's not to hard especially if we correlate what we eat with out sugar readings, Nearly all grains, legumes and fruits are high in carbs and sugar. Most green vegetables are low carbs and things that grow below the ground are high carbs. It becomes a daily scorecard to keep the carbs in line.
