I was diagnosed at the age of 5. No hospitalizations-thank goodness! During a routine physical, the doctor noticed sugar in my pee and sent me to the diabetes doctor's office. Now I'm 15 and just celebrated my 10 year diabetes anniversary
It's somewhat difficult managing my diabetes in highschool but i'm hoping this app will help me keep a discrete log of my numbers so I can get my A1C down!
