Thicker, dark and slower flowing blood usually points to inadequate hydration levels. Using urine color as a guide can help you watch your hydration level - you should aim for yellowish & not dark yellow. It's easier to follow the 8 c a day guide (or 4 500ml bottles). Good hydration helps your body work properly!
