Scottie, take a look at Fatsecret.com they also have iPhone and android apps. With a smart phone with camera you can scan in barcodes which makes it easy. I used a lot when first started and I lost 80 lbs. I was shocked all the carbs I was eating...healthy ones...beans and whole grains, but my diet was like 70% Carb and the rest split for protein and fat. Now I am at like 60% fat, and rest split between protein and Carb.
