Peanuts, flax and protein shakes with coconut milk and low carb whey. Do you have a good phone app for looking up carbs, proteins etc in foods? Carb Manager is a good one. You look up foods, put them in your favorites. When you eat an item, you click and it subtracts from your daily carb goal plus tells you calories, protein, fat etc. Very easy to use and $2.99.
