Thank you for your response! It is amazing how many people I am hearing getting diagnosed with T1 in there 30's. I agree with you, about things could be worse. I Tell myself that all the time. It is not cancer and I got this instead of my kids (thank god).
I am definetly getting better with the carb counting. With me it is more of learning which foods digest slower than others to prevent those lows.
Sound like you are doing well with that?
