I am low carbing...less than 100 net per day and ½ that listed as sugars.
I used to be on meds, BP and cholesterol and ate no salt.
I eat very few processed meats or other food of any kind, so don't get much salt and was not adding it to anything....
Guess what, my blood sodium is actually too low and I need to eat some... go figure...
