I've found that Snickers or any dark chocolate over 70% raise my bg little to none. If i eat a snickersbar of 55grams I might go from a 5.2 to a 6. That's the base candy I eat when craving for something sweet, but i do munch down on real candy from time to time but then I do it with a shot of NovoRapid to keep the bg in place.
