I just began to do powerwalks around my house, the block. I don't expect myself to powerwalk 2 hours but at least 30 minutes a day. I admit I've been slacking but it's hard to adjust. I'm asian so ...white rice is like my main thing. Haha, I don't know how to go from there. I need a lot of guidance.
