I would also have a look at really dark chocolate as they usually have a less sugar. You could also get sugar free chocolate like c123anderson mentioned against the worst cravings. That should probably help you. Another tip, let the chocolate slowly melt in your mouth and don't swallow it instantly. Really enjoy it - once you’re done with your first 'bite' you'll see that the 'attack' is over.
