Hi Dano,

Would you mind telling me a little bit more about Type 1.5? 2 of my sons have an autoimmune disease (ankylosing spondylosis) and I am the gene carrier (HLA B27+). I understand that 1st degree relatives w/autoimmune disorder increases my chances of type 1.5. I am waiting on an evaluation by an endo next month.

( my fasting BS is usually upper 90's. My BS in the evenings spikes to 160-170's. I eat well and exercise, and I am normal body weight)
