I'm at the end of my pregnancy! Can't wait to stop testing myself. My numbers were generally good! I have to say exercise (ie: walking and water aerobics) also helped managed my glucose levels. Foodwise- it wasn't too bad. I just didn't like the idea of having to watch what I ate, testing, and documenting. Btw- have any of you tried dreamfield pasta? I was able to eat more than 1/3 cup of cooked pasta. My husband didn't notice the difference when i used it.
