Did you wash your hand prior to taking the tests? Yes, I've also tried to take multiple tests in a row (2-5) and it varies somewhat. My highest variation was 0.8mmol/l!!! But, with clean hands the variations are slim to none. (+- .2) Regarding you not feeling hypo with a 2.6 BG, I don't know if you know, but if you get a really low GB 2-3 during night, your brain "resets" and your body won't go hypo during the day at the same levels. I've heard and read about persons with T1 that go into a rage state when superlow. As they don't get the hypo signal it can go fast and be real nasty. If you feel that you've tested low and not feeling the hypo symptoms, it might be a good thing to get a continuous measurement over a few nights to see what happens during night hours...
