Sounds like pumps have changed i used pumps during 2 of my pregnancies ,the set up wasnt too bad as i was carb counting already ! But couldnt get funding to keep it full time so had to hand it back after birth both times
only really had it coz i lost a baby boy because of wibbly control ! So they put me on pump to stablize when i caught pregnant again .
