Hi there just thought I'd mention something that I've heard about coke - studies have shown that the consumption of coke by people who are under 18 increases calcium output in urine. Coke literally leaches calcium out of children's bones. This does not occur after 18 and they think that it only affects us this way whilst our bones are still forming!
We use apple juice and jellybeans for lows.
