I used to eat oatmeal for breakfast too.. But its really too high in carbs for me... I did the fiber one thing too which was better and less calories.. But now Im doing cottage cheese ( no fat/ no salt) takes some getting used too and blackberries with cinnamon.. or a egg white vegie omlet if I have time.. The agave nectar really spikes by BS.. probably not as much as sugar but more than I want... so I end up using stevia if I have to make something sweet
