hey everyone, name is Chuck. I'm 30 living in Port Alberni, BC, Canada. I've been type 2 for about 16 years. i was able to control my BG in the beginning with diet and exercise, but slowly progressed to taking pills to help. once the pills stopped working I had to start using Insulin. I've been Type 2 Insulin dependant for a few years now, and so far its not good. I've changed my diet many many times during the last few years and nothing seems to work. I try to exercise regularly but my job prevents me from doing so most of the time.
