Default Yogurt and flaxseed meal

I've really fallen in love with adding a couple of teaspoons
of flaxseed meal into my yogurt, as it provides fiber and omega-3
they are also low in carbs, some say it helps with your cholesterol and
blood sugars...I don't know about that first hand but the flaxseed
meal adds sustenance to the yogurt to keep you satisfied and fuller longer.
Great as a snack too!
