One thing I wanted to mention concerning your post:

Even though you don't have wireless wifi at work, you would be better off to input your data using the hand-held mobile app and hold the information in que until you have access to wifi. The App was designed for mobile use, if you input info, to the website, you will not be able to get it back to the device as currently there is no two-way sync. However, this is expected in the next GB release 3.6.
