I walk 6km (1hr) most days either before or after work and 15-20mins on Eliptical trainer if not or as well together with low carb diet. Apart from improving my BG levels the improvement in wellbeing and zest for life is just great. Slackened off over Christmas and became sluggish and needed the dreaded afternoon nap but have been back on the exercise track for past 2 weeks and almost back to where I want to be. Found the BG improvement almost immediate but the wellbeing bit is gradual but worth it. Sensational even!
