Okay. So I am t2, diagnosed 17 yes ago, age 49. My bg averages between 140-180, and I am 60+ pounds overweight. I saw my doc a week ago, and my a1c was 6.9. Doc advised me to eat better and exercise for half an hour a day.
So I've been watching what I eat with basically no change in bg, weight, or how I feel. Today I exercised for half an hour, 10 mins elliptical and 20 mins recumbent bike. I feel great! And my bg was 93! (it was 187 this morning.)
I'm usually so tired, and I hurt all over. I just want to feel better, and I know that if I can get my weight and blood sugar in check, I will.
