You do realize that the dev doesnt get to pick the ads that are displayed right? If a tiny McRib ad makes you run off and binge on junk food you have bigger problems than an ad showing up in a free app. The fact that you paid for the "premium" additional features is irrelevant. It is not a premium version, you paid for the wt and bp tracking features. If they add a remove the ads premium feature this should be a separate charge just like if they add any other feature, that way you can pick and choose what you want to use.
