Pardon me while I cry a little. I have been watching everything I eat, walking lots more, testing 5 times a day. According to my numbers I totally thought that I would get back an a1c well under 7. 2 months I have been at this, so either that first month was so incredibly high it brought the a1c up significantly, or I was way, way off. I was expecting a low 6- I got a 7.2.
This, incidentally is with following a nutritionists plan, and I really thought, based on over 300 tests in the last 2 months, that things were going well.
This was first a1c so I have nothing to compare to.
