I have read it all cover to cover

Truth is this was found so early in the pregnancy that we are not sure if it is GD or T2- won't know for sure until at least a few weeks after so we can see what happens. I am not currently on any medication at all, just testing 7-10 times a day to try to keep on as tight a track as I can. Before and after most meals, first thing in the morning, and usually sometimes twice in a row because I do dumb things like forgetting to wash my hands. My fingers are killing me!
The thing with carb counting is that even small ammounts, which I need for the pregnancy and to not be nauteus 24/7 can send me sky high! I had about 40g of whole wheat pasta tonight with a ton of vegetables and some chicken, and it shot me up to 160 at 1 hour and 147 at 2! (It was a trial run on a new food that I will not be using again most likely!). So even carb counting, at 15 per exchange can send me insane!
