It looks like you are doing really well!
I don't know that I can answer your question, but I can tell you what limitations that I have set for myself. First off I have set my maximum blood sugar to be 140 mg/dl and the target range of 70 mg/dl to 120 mg/dl, with my average being between 90 mg/dl and 110 mg/dl. Second I have set my fasting (out of bed) blood sugar range to be 70 mg/dl to 90 mg/dl. So far this is working pretty good for me.
Counting carbs works! If you are not doing it, try it! I wish you the best!
