Are you giving enough care to your foot? Usually, we used to ignore our foot, but you know foot care is very important to maintain a healthy life, especially for a diabetic patient. Recently I read an article about the benefits of foot care in elderly. It explains very well about the importance of foot care. My mother who is a diabetic patient had suffered a lot from diabetes-related foot problems. She used to experience numbness in her leg, but didn’t care at all, and she lost her leg. As we all know ‘prevention is always better than cure’. So do care your foot, stay healthy and be happy. Feel like sharing. Thank you all.
