Default Low carb breakfast

I like to make myself a soy or almond milk green tea latte with cinnamon. I get my antioxidants (matcha green tea loaded with them) and a gentler sustained caffeine boost. Also discovered cultured coconut milk which I mix with flaxseed with berry bits. All products unsweetened, organic where available and no artificial sweeteners. I'm lucky to live near Trader Joes and Whole Foods and alternate products abound!
