Default breakfast foods

greek yogurt (fage 0 or 2% plain) great carb count with strawberries or blue berries
or 2 pieces lowfat baby-bel cheese and a Pure Protein bar
or peanut butter w/apple
or hard boiled egg (1-2) and piece of fruit

but usually I eat the greek yogurt with fruit

then snack is cheese and then bar
