Hey Bill, keep up the good work...I know exercising can be challenging, but even a quick 10 minute walk after you eat lunch will help to keep your blood down...you don't have to work up a sweat, just a little movement. Sounds like you're on the right track. also, I know I've said this before, but if you have a sweet tooth, LARABARS are very good for you, they have very little sugar/carbs and they actually taste pretty good! also, avoid diet drinks, while they may not have calories/carbs, they are full of sweetners that are not really good for you.

Glad to see your A1c come down, that was pretty high! We are all in this together! also, when they test your blood, make sure they test your free testosterone. Mine was low (as a 51yr old) and this can attribute to your high blood as well (if it's low).
