Supplements do help and I'm taking stuff that I once purchased as a customer now I sell but the real key to improving your sugar is don't eat process foods that is a start. Eat a lot of greens and fruit. For Breakfast make a shake for yourself for instance take a blender and some spinach, Strawberries, Blue Berries & Banana with Water and mix it all natural.
For Lunch make a chicken breast and eat some broccoli and eat an Apple is you get tired.
For dinner make a spinach salad with peas, corn, beats, little oil no salad dressing and eat that have as much as you want.
Stay away from processed foods and trust me you will start burning fat drink a lot of water and stay away from coffee and soda.
