Resveratrol Impacts Weight and Insulin Secretion in Metabolic Syndrome.
In a study conducted in mice, it was discovered that Resveratrol has the ability to protect the body from the harmful effects of a high calorie diet. It appears that the antioxidant can improve how our bodies handle the food that we eat. Instead of storing fat in the body, our bodies burn fat more efficiently with the help of this powerful antioxidant. Resveratrol can also help improve insulin sensitivity and thus help us lose fat by acting on adiponectin that is produced by fat cells. In another study done in Purdue University, it was discovered that Resveratrol has the ability to block the development of immature fat cells. Learn more about resveratrol please read the article
