Change your lifestyle completely if you haven't done it already. Avoid, junk processed foods and eat healthy foods like vegetables , lean meat, fish, whole grains, beans and berries. Exercise is a must, do sleep for about 8 hours in the night. Try to avoid, tension, depression and negative thoughts and people. Stay happy and healthy. Eat healthy super foods to boost immunity like blue berries, spinach, leafy greens, avocado, nuts, beans, whole grains, fish etc.
You can eat green leafy vegitables, especially methi, and cabbage, bottle guard, bitter gaurd etc., just avoid daily eating of potato, carrot, beet and sweet pumpkin. you can eat these veg. occationally. Avoid too much of milk based items, sweets and avoid sacrine. Eat chapatis, roties instead of rice. And don't eat full stomach once. eat 4 to 5 times daily. and don't be starve.
Ding yoga especially pranayam and kapal bhati daily for 15 mins.and suryanamaskar minimum of 11 times and go for a brisk walk(if you don't have heart problems) for 5 km. 2 to 3 times in a week. All these will keep you healthy. And don't forget to take tablet priscribed by your doctor.
