Default Quick Breakfast

I'm not a big breakfast person. In fact I used to just skip it but with my diabetes I need to eat something. Here's what I have: 1 BagelThin with 1 slice of canadian bacon and cheese on it. I toast the bagelthin then put the cheese and canadian bacon on it and put it in the microwave for 11 seconds to melt the cheese. The total carbs are 27g.

Don't know if this helps. I don't know anything about celiacs. Maybe it will help someone else.
