Eat foods low on glycemic index. Eat balanced diet so bs stats level. Eat smaller more frequent meals or snacks. I usually eat something every 4 hours. Exercise ( usually drop bs) and steroids (raise bs) also have an effect. Take bs readings at different times of day to look at patterns.
