This is the first time I have heard of this happening. Make sure that you are using the same account name and password on all all devices.

What computer system are you using? You may find it helpful to use another browser when using your computer, as IE Version 8 and above does not work well with the website.

You probably won't hear from support, as they have been deaf for sometime.
