Hello. My name is Heather. I'm 43 years old, married, and mother to a beautiful 11yr old. We also have a chocolate Labrador. I am a 14yr ovarian cancer survivor and I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am also a fat activist, so my focus is on controlling my BGL and making choices that make me feel good, without focusing on weight loss.
