Default Chicken Parmesan

Just subsitute almond flour for the wheat flour. Only carbs are what's in the flour and the crushed tomatoes. I'm guessing less than 10 carbs a serving. You can even use the tofu noodles and enjoy the side dish!

One of my favorites.
