Yes, receiving what you paid for in an app is a reasonable complaint. I bought the app for the same reason as you. I just really don't know what the problem is or I would fix it if I could. I have sent several emails to the current owners and to GB support. My emails go unanswered as well.
My version will not "Sync All Logs" and therefore, I have the same problem as everyone else. However, I can "Quick Sync" the logs to all devices. I suppose that I am getting what I paid for, although it is less than ideal.
My guess is that the app needs an update to work correctly with the Apple iOS 7.0 and iOS 7.1 updates.
