I started a vegan diet 20 days ago and my BG is down to 85-125, from highs of 240-300. I've lost 15 pounds. I'm soon going to add in some exercise, starting off slow. I get my blood test done in 2 weeks and see my doctor the next day. Any idea how 6 weeks of good BG will lower my A1C, which as we all know is a 3 month test?
