Newbie
I am testing my blood sugars because I am trying to find out if that is why all these weird things are happening with my body. My question though is the container of rest strips says normal 107~145 high 259~351. Does this mean I'm shooting for the normal range? What does it mean if I fall between normal and high? What if I fall below normal?
