Hey I am so sorry that you are having such a tough time. Please believe you are not alone. I am also gaining weight and it is driving me crazy. What I do when I want to eat too much is try to find something else I like to do that occupies my hands as well as my mind. If I read a book I want to snack while reading so I try to do something I like to do, such as crafts or a hobby. This way I am busy and not thinking about food. Have you spoken to our doctor about this? Take one day at a time and please know there are others out here hoping and praying for you and wishing you well.
