I've been adding 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon to my morning coffee with great results. I started around 8 months ago and noticed a more stable blood sugar level just after 2 days of use.
From what I've read is cinnamon will help type 2 but not type 1. Well it did help me with my type 1, and I'm glad it's helping you also.
