Ok...I'm being honest here. I was diagnosed with diabetes late last summer and was prescribed metformin. I cannot bring myself to even take the meds let alone face the fact that I even have diabetes. Trust me I know the complications with it but I just cant get mentally right with it. I'm trying to get a handle on this because my numbers have been between 250-430 mainly at night. I'm just not sure where to turn. Even the thought of taking pills is enough because I take BP meds already and I'm ok with that but diabetes, that has sent my mind over the edge.
