Danny, thank you for responding to my question!
I am using Internet Explorer but I don't know how to change to compatibility mode. This issue has never arisen before. I know you aren't IE tech support but can you give me any tips? I guess I'll try Chrome in the future but IE has some add ons and toolbars I use all the time.
