Wheat Belly does promote the good carbs such as veggies and also fruits but no an abundance of all kind of fruit since some fruits do have a lot of sugars and promotes protein and various nuts. It's really a very simple way if eatting and basic. I have been on it since the end of April and been losing slowly but as long as I'm losing and my blood sugars are better that's great! One problem I do have is when I get up in the morning my blood sugar is high 140-160 then it goes down good during the day... Any suggestions until I go to the docs 2 weeks from now.. What about Chromium. 200 mg was on dr oz anyone?
